The Retail Diamond Sales Experience position provides customers with the highest quality of service and expertise in diamond sales. 

This role is responsible for driving sales and helping customers find the perfect diamond for their needs.

Retail Sales Executive Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting the perfect diamond for their needs
• Educate customers on the 4 Cs of diamonds (Cut, Color, Clarity, Carat)
• Provide an excellent customer service experience that ensures repeat business
• Maintain a professional attitude in all interactions by providing honest and accurate information to customers 
• Assist with store operations, such as inventory management, merchandising and promotions
• Upsell additional services and products to maximize sales potential 
• Stay up-to-date on current diamond trends and styles

Retail Sales Executive Job Requirements: 

• 10th or HSC/Graduate Degree
• Proven track record of success in Retail sales or customer service. 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Previous Diamond Sales Experience is a must

• Fluency in Tamil and Telugu is a plus
