Retail Sales Executive

We’re looking for a motivated Retail Sales Executive to join our team and help drive sales growth.

Retail Sales Executive Job Responsibilities: 

• Develop strategies to increase sales and improve customer engagement
• Monitor sales performance and devise plans to maximize revenue
• Analyze customer data to recognize trends and opportunities
• Build relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service
• Manage inventory, plan promotions, and ensure store compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and services
 

Retail Sales Executive Job Requirements: 

• Proven track record in retail sales or similar role
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong understanding of customer service standards 
• Atleast 10th or 12th Pass

During Virtual HR Rounds, you will be tested on

• Basic Math Skills
• Good to Fluent Communication Skills in English
• Working Time: 10 am to 8.30pm . 1 Day in a week will be rotational off day.
