Job Description
The Retail Senior Sales Executive is responsible for managing the sales of retail products and services to customers, as well as helping to grow and maintain existing customer relationships.
This position will require excellent customer service skills and a thorough knowledge of the products and services offered by the company.
Retail Senior Sales Executive Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and maximize profits.
• Monitor customer preferences to determine what products and services are most desirable.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products and services, as well as industry trends.
• Establish relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to facilitate sales growth.
• Train and coach junior sales staff on techniques and strategies.
• Track sales performance metrics and provide reports to management.
• Support marketing efforts by attending trade shows, conferences, and other events.
Senior Retail Sales Executive Job Requirements:
• HSC or Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Good Communication Skills in English is a must
• Previous experience working for any retailer is preferred
• Min 1+ years experience in Sales
• Must be passionate about Sales
