Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the design team within the Silver Division, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
• Develop and execute design strategies that align with the company’s goals and market trends.
• Oversee the creation of unique and market-leading jewelry designs, ensuring high quality and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, marketing, and sales to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Conduct market research to stay abreast of global design trends and integrate them into our product lines.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, nurturing their professional growth and development.
• Present design concepts to senior management and incorporate feedback to refine designs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Jewelry Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in jewelry design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and commercially successful jewelry designs.
• Proficient in design software such as CAD, Rhino, or similar tools.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of jewellery manufacturing process including but not limited to:

1. Casting
2. Handmade 3. Polki
4. Plain Gold 5. Italian etc.

Must possess a degree / diploma from NIFT/PEARL /UID other Institutes in Jewellery Designing
