Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the studded jewellery design team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Develop and implement design strategies that align with the company's objectives and market trends.
• Oversee the creation of unique, high-quality studded jewelry designs ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, marketing, and sales to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to stay informed about global design trends and integrate these insights into our product lines.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, supporting their professional development and growth.
• Present design concepts to senior management and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Jewelry Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in jewelry design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role focusing on studded jewelry.
• A strong portfolio showcasing innovative and commercially successful studded jewelry designs.
• Proficiency in design software such as CAD, Rhino, or equivalent tools.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of jewellery manufacturing process including but not limited to:

1. Casting
2. Handmade 3. Polki
4. Plain Gold 5. Italian etc.

Must possess a degree / diploma from NIFT/PEARL /UID other Institutes in Jewellery Designing
