Sales Officer- Luxury Division

The Retail Sales Officer – Luxury Division is responsible for providing excellent customer service and sales support to customers in the luxury retail environment. 

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to represent some of the world’s most prestigious luxury brands.

Sales Officer Job Responsibilities: 

• Provide customers with exceptional service by demonstrating excellent product knowledge and professionalism.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maximize sales opportunities by introducing customers to new products and services.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure shelves remain well stocked.
• Ensure a clean, safe and inviting retail environment. 
• Develop relationships with key customers and understand their needs.
• Participate in promotional activities in order to drive sales growth. 
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and returns in a timely manner. 
 

Sales Officer Job Requirements: 

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment. 
• Excellent Communication Skills is a must

• At least 4 years experience in Retail Sales is preferred.
