The Showroom Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the luxury retail division showroom, providing superior customer service, and ensuring that the space is properly merchandised and maintained.

Showroom Manager Job Responsibilities: 

• Manage day-to-day operations of the showroom; ensure that staff members are properly trained and informed of standard operating procedures 
• Ensure a high level of customer service at all times; respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner 
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper product display; recommend re-merchandising strategies as needed 
• Develop promotional strategies to help drive sales; create promotional material, coordinate events
• Track sales performance and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement 
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, inventory levels, customer feedback, and any other related metrics 
• Oversee the recruitment and training of new showroom

Showroom Manager Job Requirements:

• At least  6 years experience as Showroom Manager in Similar retail business

• Fluent in English Communication Skills

• Must be customer friendly
