Responsible to attending walk in customers 

Calculation of Gold valuation pledged by customer. 

Responsible for accepting and appraising gold jewellery as per company norms 

Ensuring proper verification and valuation of collateral securities and documents 

Responsible for Processing/ documentations of loans services 

Manage Gold Loan records and documents as per company norms 

Provide good customer service experience while pledging/ releasing / interest payment transactions 

Responsible for conducting field visits and meeting customers for Loan inquiry 

Coordinating with Store manager and other sales men 

Qualifications Any Degree or Diploma Min 2 to 3 yrs of exp in Gold Loan Management 

Must be computer literate Good communication and pleasing personality
