Train and mentor staff on casting techniques, safety procedures, and quality standards. Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in jewellery casting. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of casting materials and equipment. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. Skills Solid experience in jewellery casting, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role. Proficient knowledge of various casting techniques, equipment, and materials. Strong understanding of jewellery design, metallurgy, and production processes. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
