This Full-Time role combines consultative selling with product expertise. As the first point of contact for many customers, you will guide them through one of the most meaningful purchases of their lives by understanding their needs, educating them on available options, and helping them create a ring that reflects their story. You will conduct one-on-one consultations via video and phone, helping customers select the right diamond, metal, design, finish, ring size, and personalization options based on their preferences, budget, and lifestyle. Success will be measured by revenue, customer satisfaction, consultation quality, conversion rates, repeat business, and referrals.

Must have strong Rhino Matrix expertise for high-end/intricate designs, experience with international clients, and willingness to travel abroad for exhibitions/client meetings.
