Identify opportunities for cost reduction, wastage control, and resource optimization without compromising quality. Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement CAPA. Ensure compliance with quality standards, export requirements, and company operational policies. Train and guide department heads and production teams on best operational practices and continuous improvement methods. Coordinate with management for strategic operational planning and performance improvement initiatives.
