Qualifications: Proven experience as a QC checker in the jewelry industry, specifically with diamonds. Proficient in using microscopes and other gemological instruments. Strong knowledge of diamond grading systems and gemological terminology. Keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Needs to have good knowledge and experience in Microscope QC

Strong understanding of industry standards such as ISO 9001 and BIS certification requirements. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues. Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Proficiency in using quality assurance tools and software. Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to jewellery manufacturing is desirable.
