Senior Trainer Learning and Development

At ORRA Fine Jewellers, we are looking for Senior Trainer Learning and Development Executive with  4-9 years of experience in the training and development field.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions
• Evaluate employee performance to check where skills are lacking 
• Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos
• Manage training budgets Sales and Product Training
• Develop effective induction programmes for new staff, apprentices and graduate trainees
• Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers
• Devise individual learning plans

• Organisational and planning skills 
• Good time-keeping skills and the ability to multitask to enable you to effectively manage training schedules

Education:

Graduate with Human Resource and Business Related studies
