Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential B2B customers, including retailers and wholesalers.
- Actively seek out and engage new clients to expand the company's customer base.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate diamond products and solutions.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery of products.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on sales activities to management.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the diamond industry.
- Strong understanding of the retail and wholesale market for diamonds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Knowledge of diamonds and gemstones is a plus.
