Stock Management and Sales Managing stock levels and making decisions for controlling stock, replenishment of the stock, as well as keep a track of upcoming inventory, reconciling of cash with sales receipt, keeping store transaction records. 

Marketing and sales Review the market strategy and be aware of the trends in the industry. 

Sales being the key role, to be able to satisfy the customer and be motivated for maximum conversion of sales.

Merchandising To be able to guarantee Visual Merchandising as per company standards and properly maintain fixtures and d cor. 

Staff Responsible for recruiting, training, hiring, managing and motivating staff to ensure efficiency to increase sales. 

Customer Rapport Identifies current and future customer by establishing a rapport with the potential customer. 

To be able to meet desired needs of the customer. 

Responsible for achievement of sales for the showroom
