 Manage complete sales operations for assigned clients independently, from order placement to invoicing and dispatch.  Handle customer orders in the system with strict adherence to deadlines and accuracy.  Ensure accurate shipment processing and pricing in alignment with current gold, silver, and rhodium rates.  Conduct regular analyses such as Client Year-over-Year, Trend, and Data Analysis using advanced Excel functions.  Prepare, interpret, and present analytical reports for stakeholders.  Create and maintain client data files, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information for both existing and new clients.  Ideate and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows.  Formulate and apply Excel-based formulas for client’s new data or new client’s data.  Lead invoicing activities through online customer portals, ensuring accuracy and compliance.  Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams and clients through effective email and verbal communication.  Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments, ensuring timely collection and reconciliation.  Exhibit a deep understanding of jewelry pricing structures and precious metal market dynamics.  Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems for order processing, inventory tracking, and invoicing is an added advantage.
