• Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support as required.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in high-end jewelry or luxury goods.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Tamil.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Basic computer proficiency for handling billing and inventory management systems.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for the latest trends in jewelry and fashion.
