Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day store activities
• Manage inventory and stock records
• Support sales team and assist customers as needed
• Handle billing, invoicing, and basic accounts
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
• Maintain store cleanliness and display
• Verify store level transactions periodically to ensure zero deviation from defined procedure
• Ensure customer verification is done as per defined procedure with the help of proper identification documents (UIDAI / PAN / declaration letter etc.)

Requirements:

• Any graduate (commerce background preferred)
• 2–4 years’ experience in retail or operations (jewellery experience is a plus)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of MS Office and billing software
