Responsibilities
Welcome customers into the store and provide friendly assistance.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Explain product features, pricing, and offers to customers clearly.
Assist customers throughout the purchase process and ensure smooth billing.
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store is well organized.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
Build good relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
Support stock checking, product tagging, and inventory management.
Follow company policies and maintain high standards of customer service.
Requirements
Fresher or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.
Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
Friendly and customer-oriented personality.
Ability to understand customer needs and recommend products effectively.
Presentable appearance suitable for a retail environment.
Basic understanding of sales techniques will be an advantage.
Willingness to work in a retail store environment and flexible shifts.
