Sales Executive Job Responsibilities:

• Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints who are visiting the Retail Store
• Handle the Customers visiting the store, explaining the new designs and any other new services.
• Building and maintaining a CRM database.
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Participating in sales team meetings.

Sales Executive Job Requirements:

• At least a graduate degree in any field
• 1+ years of sales experience in Jewellery/Retail Industry
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Good verbal and written communicator.
• Good phone and presentation skills.
• Have good understanding of MS Software
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
