We are looking for a Tech Coordinator to manage and streamline communication between the CAD technical team, backend operations, and customers.

The role involves handling the technical coordination arm of the CAD company, ensuring customer feedback is properly understood, implemented, and delivered efficiently through the technical team.

This position requires a strong understanding of coordination, technical processes, and client communication.

Technical Coordination Act as a bridge between customers and the CAD/technical team Understand customer design modifications and communicate them clearly to designers Ensure proper implementation of feedback and required revisions Monitor design timelines and track project status Backend & Process Coordination Coordinate with backend teams for smooth workflow Maintain design trackers and update status reports Ensure timely delivery of CAD files and revisions Identify bottlenecks in processes and suggest improvements Customer Interaction Take structured feedback from customers Clarify design requirements and revisions Ensure customer expectations are aligned with technical feasibility Provide timely updates regarding job status Reporting & Documentation Maintain project records and revision history Prepare daily/weekly reports on design progress Track pending approvals and follow-ups
