Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide detailed information about our lab-grown diamond products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall store performance.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the showroom.
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• A keen interest in diamonds and jewelry.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training or education is a plus.
