Job Description
We are seeking dynamic and well-connected B2B Wholesale Sales Managers to lead jewellery sales operations in major markets. The ideal candidate must have strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors, along with experience in driving revenue growth, managing client accounts, and expanding market presence.
Responsibilities
1. B2B Sales & Business Development
Drive wholesale sales for diamond, gold, polki, and gemstone jewellery.
Identify, target, and onboard new retailers, dealers, and distributors in the assigned region.
Build & execute strategic sales plans to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
2. Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients.
Conduct regular client meetings, follow-ups, and product presentations.
Understand client requirements, market demand, and buying patterns.
3. Market Intelligence & Expansion
Study market trends across jewellery categories.
Identify new territories, business opportunities, and competitive insights.
Provide feedback for product development based on customer preferences.
4. Product Knowledge & Selling Skills
Deep understanding of:
Diamond & gemstone specifications
Gold purity standards
Polki/Kundan craftsmanship
Pricing structures & margins
Present collections effectively during client visits, exhibitions, and trade shows.
5. Sales Execution & Reporting
Prepare sales forecasts, weekly reports, and market performance updates.
Ensure accurate order processing, delivery coordination, and after-sales support.
Maintain database of leads, customers, and sales activities on CRM/Excel.
6. Revenue Ownership & Profitability
Achieve sales targets with healthy margins.
Execute promotional strategies, seasonal offers, and B2B campaigns.
Monitor receivables and ensure timely payments from clients.
Requirements
Experience
6–8 years in B2B wholesale jewellery sales is mandatory.
Strong dealer network in the assigned geography.
Should have handled premium/fine jewellery portfolios.
Skills
Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
Strong network among jewellery retailers, wholesalers & distributors.
Good understanding of pricing, margins & jewellery product categories.
Proficient in CRM tools, Excel, and reporting.
Ability to travel extensively.
