1. Production Planning & Workflow Management Oversee the complete jewellery production cycle—from sampling to final output. Prepare detailed production schedules, ensure timely execution, and maintain high output efficiency. Coordinate with CAD, designers, karigars, gemstone suppliers, and QC teams. 2. Gemstone Expertise Evaluate gemstone quality, size, cut, color, clarity, and suitability for different jewellery types. Ensure correct stone procurement, assorting, and setting standards. Work with gemstone vendors for sourcing, pricing, and quality verification. 3. Team & Vendor Coordination Manage a team of artisans, setters, polishers, and external vendors. Allocate tasks, monitor workload, and resolve bottlenecks. Maintain strong relationships with vendors in Delhi/Jaipur manufacturing clusters. 4. Quality Control & Technical Accuracy Establish and enforce strict QC processes at every stage—casting, stone setting, polishing, finishing. Check technical accuracy including stone weights, metal weights, balance, and finishing. Ensure each piece meets brand quality and durability standards. 5. Costing & Material Management Oversee material usage: gold, gemstones, findings, and consumables. Manage BOM, costing sheets, and wastage control. Optimize production cost without compromising on quality. 6. Reporting & Documentation Maintain daily production reports, workflow trackers, and efficiency logs. Track delays, defects, and process improvements. Generate MIS reports for management review.

Experience 6–8 years of hands-on experience in jewellery production (gemstone-heavy collections). Must have managed high-volume or high-value fine jewellery production. Skills Strong understanding of: Gemstone grading & sourcing Manufacturing technicalities Stone setting types (prong, bezel, pave, kundan, jadau, etc.) Laser & casting processes Excellent leadership and team management. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of MS Excel, ERP, or production management tools. Personal Attributes Detail-oriented and process-driven.
