Responsibilities:

• Greet all customers entering the store in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Answer questions from customers regarding store products, promotions, and location of items within the store.
• Offer assistance to customers with their purchases.
• Ensure that the store is neat and clean at all times.
• Direct customers to appropriate locations within the store.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Requirements: 

• High school or equivalent. 
• Previous customer service experience preferred. 
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends.
