Job Description:
UMA Ornaments is looking for a Senior Production Manager to lead jewellery manufacturing operations, ensuring timely production, quality, and team coordination.
Responsibilities:

Plan and manage jewellery production schedules.

Lead teams across casting, setting, and polishing departments.

Ensure adherence to quality and timeline standards.

Work closely with design, CAD, and QC teams.
Requirements:

10–15 years of experience in gold or diamond jewellery manufacturing.

Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.

Experience with GATI or similar production software preferred.
Education: Graduate or Diploma in Jewellery Manufacturing.
