Job Description:
UMA Ornaments is looking for a Senior Production Manager to lead jewellery manufacturing operations, ensuring timely production, quality, and team coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage jewellery production schedules.

• Lead teams across casting, setting, and polishing departments.

• Ensure adherence to quality and timeline standards.

• Work closely with design, CAD, and QC teams.

Requirements:

• 10–15 years of experience in gold or diamond jewellery manufacturing.

• Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.

• Experience with GATI or similar production software preferred.

Education: Graduate or Diploma in Jewellery Manufacturing.
