The Factory Production Manager Casting Jewellery is responsible for overseeing the jewellery casting process of an entire factory. 

The role involves managing a team of production workers, maintaining quality control standards, and ensuring that deadlines are met.

Factory Production Manager Job Responsibilities: 

• Ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently by supervising production workers
• Create and maintain a safe working environment 
• Monitor and analyze production processes and performance 
• Maintain quality control standards to ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor inventory of raw materials and supplies 
• Develop strategies to reduce costs and increase efficiency 
• Act as a liaison between the production team and other departments 
• Analyze data to determine areas of improvement in the process 
• Provide training and development for production staff 
 

Factory Production Manager Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• At least 6 years of experience in a similar role in Jewellery manufacturing or engineering 
• Experience in Gold Jewellery casting and Production Management is must

• Good English Communication Skills is a must
