Watch Retailer looking for Showroom Managers

The Showroom Manager is responsible for overseeing the showroom operations, managing a team of staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Showroom Manager Job Responsibilities: 

• Create and maintain a pleasant, organized showroom environment 
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales 
• Monitor and adjust staffing levels as needed 
• Ensure staff are well-trained on product knowledge 
• Analyze customer feedback and take appropriate action to address customer needs 
• Develop relationships with customers to increase sales and customer loyalty 
• Provide excellent customer service 
• Monitor stock levels, order products as needed, and ensure product availability.

Showroom Manager Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or related field 
• At least 10 years of experience in retail management or showroom operations 
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills 
• Strong problem-solving skills 
• Ability to work independently and proactively with the team

•Previous experience working in Retail Watch/Luxury Goods preferred
