Job Description
We are hiring Female Retail Sales Executives for a premium jewellery retail brand. The role requires handling walk-in customers, providing a luxury buying experience, driving sales, and maintaining long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, deep jewellery product knowledge, and a customer-first mindset.
Responsibilities
1. Sales & Customer Handling
• Attend walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and present suitable jewellery options.
• Provide detailed product knowledge, educate customers on metals, stones, craftsmanship, and pricing.
• Build trust, offer personalised recommendations, and ensure a premium buying experience.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through effective communication and product demonstration.
• Negotiate and close sales confidently.
2. Customer Relationship Management
• Maintain strong follow-ups with potential and existing customers.
• Drive repeat sales through relationship building, retention calls, and personalised service.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain and update customer database for future marketing and outreach.
3. Outbound Calling & Store Footfall Generation
• Make outbound calls to customers for new collections, promotions, and upcoming events.
• Encourage customers to visit the store and convert inquiries into walk-ins.
• Liaise with marketing team for customer engagement activities.
4. Coordination with Production & Backend Teams
• Work closely with the production team to ensure customer orders are executed as per design, specifications, and timelines.
• Verify costings, ensure products are made within budget, and track order progress.
• Conduct product quality checks before delivery.
5. Retail Operations & Store Management
• Ensure the store displays are attractive, updated, and follow brand guidelines.
• Maintain stock records, tag inventory, and assist during audits.
• Follow all billing, invoicing, and documentation processes accurately.
• Uphold store hygiene, safety protocols, and security standards.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in jewellery retail sales (fine jewellery preferred).
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi/regional languages is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Deep understanding of gold, diamonds, gemstones, and jewellery manufacturing basics.
• Ability to handle high-end clients and provide luxury service.
• Good follow-up, CRM skills, and relationship management.
• Proactive, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer skills (POS, Excel, CRM tools).
