Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily store operations
• Manage inventory and stock levels
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
• Lead and train the sales and support staff

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager in the jewellery industry
• Good knowledge of gold, diamond, and precious stones
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle inventory management systems
• Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate
• Minimum 5+ years of Operational Experience
