We are looking for an Senior Accountant who must have known accounting with 3 + years of experience preferably from the jewellery industry.
The job includes posting journal entries, updating financial statements, maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable, paying monthly payroll, and preparing financial reports.
Job Details
- Performing variance analyses and preparing account reconciliations.
- Assisting with financial and tax adults.
- Reconciliation of GST monthly/quarterly/annually with books of accounts.
- Monthly calculation of TDS dues & timely payment of the same.
- Preparation & filing of quarterly TDS & TCS statement.
- Preparation of necessary documents for income tax assessment.
- Calculation of depreciation as per the Companies Act &IT Act.
- Prepare Sales & Purchase Entry Analyze different general ledger accounts regularly.
- Prepare Journal Entries and synthesize a common ledger for subsidiary accounts.
- Provide support to auxiliary schedules for auditing purposes as per assigned work.
- Administer all bank transactions and oversee data recording procedures monthly.
- Assist for the Account reconciliation process on a monthly basis.
- Salary Working calculations & Payments.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Overall end to end accounting with taxation experience is must.
- 3+ years of experience in Accounting.
- Good communication skills.
- Graduates (Preferred) with Accounting/Taxation as core subjects.
- Good working speed in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
