We are seeking a skilled GATI Jewellery Software Operator to manage jewellery accounting, inventory tracking, and backend operations. The role requires accuracy, system knowledge, and experience in jewellery retail processes.
Responsibilities
💻 Software & Accounting
Operate GATI Jewellery Software for billing and accounting
Maintain accurate records of transactions and entries
Handle invoicing, purchase entries, and sales data
📦 Inventory Management
Track stock movement and maintain inventory records
Perform stock reconciliation and audits
Ensure proper tagging and data accuracy
📊 Data & Reporting
Generate reports on stock, sales, and transactions
Maintain MIS reports for management review
🤝 Coordination
Work closely with store team, accounts, and warehouse
Resolve discrepancies in stock or billing
Requirements
Experience in GATI Jewellery Software (mandatory)
1–5 years of experience in jewellery retail backend / accounts
Strong knowledge of inventory management
Attention to detail and data accuracy
