Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in reaching out to business clients
• Handle client queries and maintain relationships with customers
• Prepare and share product information with potential buyers
• Support order processing and follow-up
• Maintain sales records and reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email)
• Prior experience in B2b Sales with jewelry industry is a plus
