Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Identify and acquire new B2B clients, including wholesalers, retailers, and distributors in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure long-term business success.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competition.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions to showcase products.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a B2B Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in the jewellery.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Knowledge of the gold and jewelry market is an advantage.
