Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives in various departments.
• Lead strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs.
• Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as COO or relevant role in a similar organization.
• Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing, etc.
• Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MBA is a plus
• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in retail, FMCG, F&B, or related industries, with a track record of successful business transformation and scaling.
