Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote our lab-grown diamonds.
• Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to understand product specifications and market needs.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer demands.
• Manage marketing campaigns, including online and offline channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing within the manufacturing or diamond industry.
• Strong understanding of mechanical aspects related to product marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
