Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that effectively communicate the technical advantages and sustainability of our lab-grown diamonds.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to understand product specifications and innovations.
• Create technical marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Coordinate with sales teams to provide technical support and training.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns, focusing on SEO, social media, and online advertising.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote brand visibility.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; MBA in Marketing is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing within the mechanical engineering sector.
