We’re seeking a Filer / Ghat Artisan proficient in traditional model making and fine filing work on casted jewelry. The artisan should ensure precision in structure, proportion, and polish readiness.

1. File, shape, and smoothen cast jewelry components 2. Create jewelry models by hand using traditional tools 3. Ensure perfect fitting and alignment of parts before assembly 4. Maintain finishing consistency and accuracy in every piece 5. Collaborate with polishing and assembly teams for final output

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in jewelry filing or model making 2. Skilled in hand tools and techniques for detailed craftsmanship 3. Knowledge of gold and silver jewelry structures 4. Keen eye for proportion, polish preparation, and surface texture
