We’re looking for an experienced Plating Artisan skilled in rhodium, micron plating, and anti-tarnish coating on gold and silver jewelry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in achieving high-quality, long-lasting finishes that meet international export standards.

1. Perform rhodium, micron, and anti-tarnish coating on jewelry pieces 2. Ensure color uniformity and shine consistency across batches 3. Maintain plating solutions and equipment 4. Follow safety and quality protocols during the process 5. Collaborate with production and QC teams to meet finishing standards

1. Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in jewelry plating 2. Familiarity with export-standard finishing processes 3. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle delicate items 4. Basic understanding of plating chemicals and machine operation

1. In Person Trial Round 2. HR Round

1. Minimum: 10th or 12th pass 2. Diploma or vocational training in jewelry manufacturing/plating preferred
