Job Description

The Business Development Manager (LinkedIn & Email Marketing Manager) is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new business through LinkedIn & Email Marketing specifically.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Candidates will be responsible for generating New Business Development through LinkedIn Marketing & Email marketing majorly. Designing and Running Linked In marketing.
  • Will be responsible for creating strategies for selecting target designations, building connections, establishing relationships and bringing them on board by conversion.
  • Candidates will be responsible for building relationships by initiating communication and conducting follow-ups to transfer the lead into a prospective client for the growth of the sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly/quarterly revenue.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data, with special focus on psychographics and buying trend to understand how linked In marketing activity turns into customers
  • Assist with all internal and external Linked In marketing campaigns, producing content and creative for marketing projects and initiatives to enhance lead generation
  • Analyze existing marketing collateral with a critical eye to Identify and improve current processes when needed
  • Email campaigns, blogs, forums, display marketing and other social media experience to generate leads.
  • Diligently follow-up and move the client from potential lead to hot lead to active client.
  • Take part in brainstorming sessions, offering analytical insights to develop and plan creative marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize marketing automation and lead-nurturing processes through email, content, events, and social channels

 

Requirements:

  • Marketing degree or related.
  • Extensive experience in Linked In & Email marketing
  • Working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics
  • Experience with coding techniques.
  • Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience planning and leading initiatives
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
