Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces that meet their needs and preferences
• Provide detailed information on product features, pricing, and benefits
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing display of jewellery
• Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service
• Stay updated on the latest jewellery trends and product knowledge
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment

Requirements:

• HSC or equivalent
• Previous retail sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for jewellery
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
