Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces that meet their needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed information about the features, quality, and benefits of our products.
• Handle sales transactions and process payments efficiently.
• Maintain and organize the store's inventory.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the store's overall performance.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Stay updated on the latest jewellery trends and product knowledge.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
