Skills-
 

• Proven & excellent sales skills. Minimum 2 years of working experience in front retail. Experience in working with a luxury brand is a plus.
• Negotiation, decision-making, interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in communicating in English.
• Self-directed and able to work independently from instructions.
• Education: Graduate in any stream.

Role

• Driving the sales.
• Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps.
• Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or requirements.
• Build constructive customer relationships.
• Remain up to date with the industry’s best practices.
