Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process transactions for customers using ACME software.
• Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments, ensuring precision with all transactions.
• Provide professional and knowledgeable assistance to customers regarding product pricing, availability, and promotions.
• Ensure smooth checkout process, including proper packaging and gift wrapping of jewellery items.
• Balance and reconcile the cash register at the start and end of each shift.
• Assist with inventory management, ensuring stock levels are updated and replenished.
• Process returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries with high attention to detail.
• Maintain a neat and organized cashier area.
• Support the sales team when necessary and ensure the store’s overall presentation is maintained.
• Comply with store policies and procedures to maintain security and accuracy during transactions.
