Responsibilities:

• Manage and troubleshoot ACME software used for store operations.
• Ensure accurate inventory tracking and billing through the system.
• Train staff on ACME software usage and best practices.
• Provide technical support and resolve software-related issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the management team to optimize processes using ACME software.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in ACME software and its modules.
• Prior experience in retail or jewellery store operations is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with staff and management.
• Ability to work full-time from our Nagpur store location.
