We are hiring a Senior Order Process Manager to oversee order execution from confirmation to dispatch while coordinating production, sales, and logistics.
Responsibilities
Manage complete order lifecycle (order entry to delivery)
Coordinate with sales, CAD, production, QC, and dispatch
Ensure timely execution of customized and bulk orders
Track order status and production timelines
Handle client coordination and internal follow-ups
Maintain order documentation and ERP updates
Resolve production delays and order discrepancies
Requirements
Strong operational knowledge of jewellery production workflows
Excellent coordination and follow-up skills
Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities
