The Senior Order Process Manager will oversee order management from confirmation to dispatch, ensuring timely processing, coordination with production, and customer satisfaction in a jewellery manufacturing or trading environment.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end order processing and execution
Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams
Track order status, timelines, and delivery schedules
Handle customer coordination regarding orders and timelines
Ensure accurate documentation and order records
Resolve order-related issues and escalations
Improve order processing efficiency and accuracy
Requirements
5–10 years of experience in order processing within the jewellery industry
Strong understanding of jewellery production and supply chain
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel
