The HR Executive Retail will manage end-to-end HR operations for jewellery retail stores, including recruitment, employee relations, attendance, compliance, and performance support.
Responsibilities
Handle recruitment for store and HO roles
Manage onboarding, documentation, and employee records
Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Resolve employee grievances and ensure smooth store HR operations
Coordinate appraisals and performance reviews
Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies
Support store managers with manpower planning
Requirements
Strong retail HR experience
Knowledge of labour laws and payroll coordination
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple store staff
