Handle recruitment for store and HO roles Manage onboarding, documentation, and employee records Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll coordination Resolve employee grievances and ensure smooth store HR operations Coordinate appraisals and performance reviews Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies Support store managers with manpower planning
