Responsibilities:

• Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees at the Store.
• Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees as and when required 
• Promotes optimum staff performance by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees
• Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, and analyzing variances.
• Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers to understand service requirements.
• Formulates pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities, determining additional needed sales promotion, and authorizing clearance sales with approval of Curio Cottage Management.
• Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans for the Palladium Mall.
• Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.
• Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Leads operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program procedures at the Store.

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Natural talent for motivating and developing teams
• At least Graduate degree in relevant field
• Must have 5+years of experience in Retail Store Management handling high end clients
