- Quotation and Order Processing: - Assist sales team with quotations and proposals - Process customer orders accurately - Liaise with order department for order fulfillment - Customer Order Management: - Handle customer queries and updates - Coordinate with logistics for order delivery - Order Follow-up: - Track order status and follow up with teams - Ensure timely delivery and resolve issues - Sales Data Management: - Prepare sales reports and data analysis - Provide insights to sales team and management - Inventory Management: - Monitor inventory levels and alert teams - Support inventory management activities - Factory Purchase & QC: - Check all purchases from factory with calculations and QC of product - Compare with order and ensure accuracy - Check karigar accounts with labour and metal tally - Make daily reports on these activities - Procurement Coordination: - Communicate with procurement department for raw materials required for customer and stock orders (Metal, diamond, stone etc.)

2–5 years of experience in jewellery sales backend / operations / manufacturing coordination Strong understanding of jewellery pricing structure (Metal + Diamond + Labour calculation) Knowledge of order management and production flow Good numerical and analytical skills Strong coordination and follow-up ability Ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines Good communication skills (written & verbal) Proficiency in MS Excel (mandatory) Experience in jewellery ERP or accounting software is an advantage
